Here’s what to keep in mind as you plan your trip.

Where to Stay

Please book your stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, where our wedding celebration will take place. We ask all guests to stay at the hotel so we can enjoy this special time together and make getting to and from the festivities easy.

We’ve arranged a room block for our guests, with options for additional nights and room upgrades.

After this date, unreserved rooms in our block will be released, and additional reservations will be subject to hotel availability.

Hotel Details & Policies

As you plan your stay, please keep these hotel fees and policies in mind:

Booking deposit: Your first night’s room and tax are due when you reserve your room.

Payment at check-in: Please bring the same credit or debit card used for your booking deposit. The hotel requires that card at check-in to cover your remaining balance and incidentals.

Resort fee: $55 per room, per night, plus tax.

Incidentals deposit: A deposit of $150 per night for standard rooms is required at check-in. This is separate from your room rate and resort fee.

Check-in & check-out: Check-in begins at 3 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. The guest checking in must be at least 21.

Additional guests: Occupancy above the room’s standard allowance is subject to a fee of $50 per additional guest, per night.

Rollaway beds: Either a $50-per-night rollaway bed fee or a $50-per-night additional-person fee applies, as determined by the hotel.

Cancellations: Cancel at least three days before arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation fee.

Smoking policy: Smoking in a room or suite incurs a $500 deep-cleaning fee. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply.

Marijuana policy: Marijuana products are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the resort. Violations may result in removal from the property and a ban from returning.

Currency: All hotel transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.

When to Arrive

Please plan to arrive on Thursday afternoon, May 27, 2027, and allow yourself time to check in and settle in.

On Thursday evening, we’ll arrange a quick tour of the suite so you’ll know where to go for the wedding on Friday, May 28. We’ll share the tour time and meeting location closer to the celebration.

Flights & Transportation

Plan to fly into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). Please arrange transportation from the airport to Fontainebleau and allow extra time for traffic and hotel check-in.

Traveling with Children

Children are welcome at the after-party, but our ceremony will be adults-only. If you’re bringing little ones, please arrange childcare for the ceremony.
